The ASCE election remains open through June 1.

Eligible members can vote at asce.org/VoteNow using their ASCE username and password.

The ballot this year includes two nominees vying for a spot on the ASCE Board of Direction as technical region director: Shirley E. Clark and Yinhai Wang, both experienced and decorated engineers.

Clark, Ph.D., P.E., BC WRE, ENV SP, F.EWRI, F.ASCE, is acting director of the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology at Penn State Harrisburg and is a former president of ASCE’s Environment and Water Resources Institute.

Wang, Ph.D., P.E., F.IEEE, F.ITE, Dist.M.ASCE, is director of the Pacific Northwest Transportation Consortium (PacTrans), USDOT University Transportation Center for Federal Region 10 in Seattle and is a former president of ASCE’s Transportation and Development Institute.
