ASCE comprises 9 regions in North America and a tenth region that includes all 23,000 members who reside outside the USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Regions 1-9 include:

• 160 Branches
• 302 Student Chapters
• 130 Younger Member groups 

Region 10 includes:

• 19 Sections
• 16 Groups
• 61 international Student Chapters
