Vision statement
Over the past 32 years, Gregory Scott has designed and/or managed the design and construction of civil municipal, water, wastewater and stormwater projects for communities throughout western Pennsylvania. He participated in comprehensive facilities planning; design of water and wastewater collection, transmission, storage, distribution and treatment systems; combined sewer overflow programs including green stormwater infrastructure; and managing all phases of civil municipal, water, wastewater and stormwater construction. Greg is now additionally supporting CDM Smith’s Federal Contracts Group as a Senior Project Manager. A former Chair of the ASCE Pittsburgh Chapter of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute, President of the Pittsburgh Section, Region 2 Governor of ASCE, and Technical Program Chair of the ASCE Convention Technical Program Subcommittee, he is currently serving as a Director for ASCE. A registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Mr. Scott earned his Bachelors in Environmental Engineering Technology from Penn State University and his Masters in Civil Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He and his wife Elizabeth have two dogs and he enjoys growing a garden to feed the local deer.,
