Jesse Piotrowski is a senior hydraulic engineer with WEST Consultants and has 10 years of experience in water resources and hydraulic engineering. His areas of technical expertise include hydraulics, hydrology, streambank stabilization, and bathymetric data collection. He has worked on a wide ranges of projects including steady and unsteady one-dimensional flow modeling, two-dimensional flow modeling, floodplain/floodway analysis and delineation, DFIRM database development, design of hydraulic structures, and scour analysis.
Mr. Piotrowski earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and earned his M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa.
