David Spelman is Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering and Construction at Bradley University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Environmental Engineering Sciences from the University of Florida in 2017. His expertise includes environmental engineering, hydrological and stormwater treatment modeling, computation fluid dynamics, environmental regulations, and biochar production from biosolids.
