Region 10 is the home of ASCE international members and covers all countries outside of North America.

International Section, Branches and Groups of ASCE are formed to promote the technical and professional development of members through meetings and study of local engineering practice. ASCE encourages the spirit of cooperation among engineering and with other engineering societies in matters of common interest.

Region 10 Governors oversee the operation of all the International Sections, Branches, and Groups, and assist the Society in governing its International members. 

The Board approves the creation of new Sections, Branches and Groups as well as proposed International Student and Younger Member Groups. Aside from the Region 10 Board of Governors, the Region 10 Assembly, made up of all Section and Branch Presidents, serves as an advisory board intended to provide informal input to the Region 10 Board of Governors.
