The Cold Regions Engineering Division (formerly the Technical Council on Cold Regions Engineering (TCCRE)) was established in 1979 to assess and report effects of cold regions environments upon engineering design, construction and operations.
Call for Papers in Journal of Cold Regions Engineering
This special collection will comprise invited and contributed papers presented at the 8th China National Young Scholars Forum on Cold Regions Geotechnical Mechanics and Engineering, under the theme "Cold Regions Geotechnical Engineering: Interdisciplinary Integration." Submission deadline: December 31, 2026
Submissions are expected to address frontier theories, innovative methods, field investigations, numerical and experimental studies, construction technologies, maintenance practices, monitoring, safety assessment and intelligent operation of transportation infrastructure in cold regions. Submission deadline: June 30, 2027
