AEI PPA Winners 2025

Publicly acknowledging outstanding achievement in design and construction

The Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI) of the American Society of Civil Engineers is pleased to announce the 13th annual Architectural Engineering Institute Professional Project Award (PPA) program. The AEI Professional Project Award program is designed to publicly acknowledge and showcase outstanding achievements in design and construction in architectural engineering and related fields. The program seeks to exemplify and award the ultimate results of best practices, emphasizing the art and science of an integrated approach to architectural engineering.

Selected winners may be invited to provide a technical presentation at the AEI | IRD 2026 Conference: Hazard Resilience for an Integrated World: Buildings, Infrastructure, and People, which takes place March 18 – 20, 2026, in San Antonio, Texas. The award results will be posted on the AEI website and will be made available to the media.

Congratulations to all the winners of the 2025 Professional Project Awards. Winners in all categories were announced at the AEI Conference 2025 during the awards ceremony on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, including the following special awards:

Engineering Institute Professional Project Award 2025

The Architectural Engineering Institute (AEI) of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) is pleased to announce the 13th annual Architectural Engineering Institute Professional Project Award (PPA) program. In support of the AEI International Student Design Competition, the AEI Professional Project Award program is designed to publicly acknowledge and showcase outstanding achievements in design and construction in architectural engineering and related fields. The program seeks to exemplify and award the ultimate results of best practices, emphasizing the art and science of an integrated approach to architectural engineering.

The competition focuses on the design and construction of high-performance buildings including structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as construction management and architectural engineering integration. Selected winners will be invited to provide a presentation during the AEI 2025 Conference Delivering Future Ready Buildings | An Integrated Approach scheduled for April 13 - 16, 2025 in Kansas City, MO. The award results will be posted on the AEI PPA website and will be made available to the media through press releases.
