As new developments occur in research and practice, T&DI’s Committees and Councils bring the information to the membership through conferences and workshops as well as by publications. Publications such as manuals of practice, pre-standards, standards, journal articles, and policy recommendations help create knowledge of practice for the civil engineering profession.
