Engineer Smart Everything (ESX) Standards is one of the special initiatives of the Board of Governors of the Transportation & Development Institute (T&DI) of ASCE. ESX Standards was established to develop new Civil Engineering standards to facilitate the deployment of smart technologies in transportation and the built infrastructure.
Meet the Chair
Eva Lerner-Lam
Eva Lerner-Lam served as the lead of T&DI's ESX standards initiative. She is the former President of T&DI and Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), and is a Principal at Palisades Consulting Group. She is a transportation policy consultant with more than 40 years of national and international experience in business and strategic planning in transportation systems.
