Institute & Society News

Calling all Young Professionals... We Want to Hear from You!

We want your input to help shape better events, stronger support systems, and new opportunities for early-career voices in our field. It’s just 5 minutes, but your voice will echo through ICCE 2026 and beyond.

This is a global survey – we’re gathering perspectives from Young Professionals (YPs) in coastal engineering across all regions. All responses will be reviewed by our YP representative in the CERC committee and will directly inform upcoming discussions with CERC and COPRI.

Please help spread the word! We encourage everyone, including senior coastal engineers, to share this survey within their networks so we can reach as many voices as possible. Shape the future of coastal engineering!
