Purpose and Background

The second of three webinars to support the Design and Construction of Solar PV Structures Manual of Practice by the SEI Solar PV Structures technical committee will provide a focused deep dive on structural and geotechnical design and construction considerations for ground-mounted solar PV structures. This webinar will seek to provide practical interpretations that can be applied when working with ground-mounted solar PV structures. Attendees will leave the webinar feeling confident to use the manual in their own designs and will be able to address the existing inconsistencies in the industry when it comes to the design and construction of ground-mounted solar PV structures. Attendees will have the chance to have questions answered about the structural and geotechnical considerations presented in the manual. This webinar can be watched independently of the others in the series.
