Purpose and Background
The last webinar of the series focused on the Design and Construction of Solar PV Structures Manual of Practice produced by the SEI Solar PV Structures technical committee will center the provided structural design considerations for pitched roofs, flat roofs, and other solar PV structures. The webinar will provide practical interpretation for the more niche solar PV structures discussed in the manual as well as help attendees understand how to apply the guidance in their design and construction work. Upon completing the webinar, attendees will be able to describe common industry inconsistencies in the design and construction of the various roof and niche solar PV structures. Attendees will also have the chance to have their questions around these types of solar PV structures answered by a key contributor to the manual. This webinar can be watched independently of the others in the series.
