Disaster-Ready Stormwater Management
Purpose:
Global warming is having a significant impact on climate across the globe, resulting in an increase in natural disasters such as flooding and drought. At the same time, more communities are moving to distributed sustainable stormwater management systems that utilize nature-based or green infrastructure solutions, which are especially susceptible to these disasters. As these new techniques become more prevalent, it is important to understand the unique protection required to ensure their longevity and effectiveness.
