Serving as the Editor of the Journal of Engineering Mechanics since 2012, Roberto Ballarini, Ph.D., P.E., F.EMI, Dist.M.ASCE, provides some insight on the journal and welcomes Franz-Josef Ulm, Ph.D., P.E., F.EMI, M.ASCE as the new Editor.
