M. Frangopol
the inaugural Fazlur R. Khan Endowed Chair of Structural Engineering and
Architecture at Lehigh University, will be awarded an honorary doctorate from
the Polytechnic University of Timisoara, Romania. The award will be given
prior to CESARE 2024, the 4th International Conference on
Coordinating Engineering for Sustainability and Resilience. This will be
his fifth honorary doctorate.
