To consider the issues that relate to the role of the structural engineer in the greater business environment and within the public at large.

MEET THE CHAIR
Trevor Walker, P.E., S.E., M. ASCE
Trevor Walker is a senior project manager at JLL's Project and Development Services, with 15+ years leading financial, engineering, and construction transactions across $12B in ground-up commercial real estate developments. He holds professional and structural engineering licenses in Washington and California, with degrees from Virginia Tech. As chair of the Structural Engineering Institute's Business Practices Committee and Professional Community Executive Committee, Trevor drives industry collaboration and productivity standards. He also serves on various divisions at the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law and founded Woldhurst Advisors, PLLC for construction dispute strategies. Trevor delivered large-scale mixed-use towers and multi-block developments ($300M-$1.2B) as structural engineer of record in San Francisco, Seattle, and Boston. He specializes in construction financing, investor due diligence, and expert engineering, serving clients nationwide. He is passionate about improving collaboration and supporting innovation in commercial construction.
