Next year is packed with so many great events driving action and leadership in the profession: SEI Structural Engineering Sustainability Symposium — scheduled for Feb. 11 is free to attend with registration; SEI Structures Congress in Boston — register by Jan. 12 for the best rates and apply for scholarships by Jan. 2 ; SEI SE 2050 Signatory Summit – held April 29 in Boston at Structures Congress; SEI Towards Zero Carbon Boot Camp — scheduled June 11-12 at the University of Cincinnati ; SEI-IStructE Sustainable Structures of the Future: Innovation & Impact — scheduled Nov. 5 in London!
In addition to the events bringing people together, SEI’s increased focus on continuing education will provide many opportunities for you to learn from the experts on SEI Standards, Prestandards, and technical topics. Look for announcements early and often.
As we wrap up the year, I want to thank each of you for your continued support of SEI and of each other. SEI is indebted to your service and membership to keep the amazing programs going and really drive advancements in our profession. It's never too late to contribute to the SEI Futures Fund — your gift keeps giving well into next year! And last but not least, Congratulations to the Class of 2026 SEI Fellows and all of the Award winners who exemplify service to the profession, I look forward to recognizing you in Boston!
